Built around how a deck officer really works
Not a generic stock program. It knows about extinguishers, EEBDs, lifejackets, SOPEP, MARPOL garbage records, certificates and the Nautical Institute DP logbook.
Inventory and equipment register
Stock with minimum levels, expiry and reorder suggestions, plus every extinguisher, lifejacket, EEBD and other safety item with its own inspection dates. Add items from a photo.
Daily notes that do the work
Write a note the way you talk: the app links it to the equipment, sets the next inspection date and can remind you. Works without internet.
Calendar, reminders and notifications
One calendar for reminders, due dates, certificates and notes. You are notified on the day, and before things expire.
Handover, in and out
Generate a clean handover grouped by category, and read your reliever's handover: important points, checked against your records, turned into reminders.
Document import
Bring in Excel, PDF or Word lists - even a workbook with many sheets. Each sheet goes to its own category or register, and categories are created for you.

You need internet once, to create your account and confirm your e-mail address.
Download and install
Choose the Mac or Windows version on the download page and install it like any other program.
Use it anywhere
Sign in once. After that it works offline, on board or ashore. Only the optional AI assistant needs internet.

Questions
Does it need internet?
Creating your account and signing in the first time need internet. After that the app works offline. The optional AI assistant needs internet; every other feature does not.
Where is my data kept?
On your own computer. The website never receives your inventory, notes, certificates or records. The app keeps automatic backups that you can copy to a USB stick.
Is it free?
It is free during early access. A yearly subscription will be introduced later; everyone who joins now will be told well in advance. See pricing.
Which computers does it run on?
Windows 10 or 11 (64-bit) and Macs with Apple silicon (macOS 11 or later). One computer per account at the moment.
Does it replace my official records?
No. It helps you keep records and prepare documents. You stay responsible for the ship's statutory records, the Garbage Record Book, your logbooks and any medical decisions. It never prescribes medicines.
